About me

At the heart of my life are three incredible daughters who constantly amaze, challenge, and inspire me. My personal path to mental wellness has ignited a profound passion to guide others in their unique life journeys, supporting them in embracing the best version of themselves. Creativity, particularly through the lens of art, captivates my spirit and brings forth that childlike wonder that I believe we should never let go of as we journey through life. I find an unparalleled healing essence through time spent in nature, whether amidst the trees in a forest or by the gentle ripples of water and I am committed to sharing the healing power of this connection with others.

My Background

My educational journey includes graduating with distinction from the Social Service Worker program. Currently, I am qualifying for a Bachelor's degree in Counselling Psychology. In addition, I hold certifications in various therapeutic disciplines, such as yoga, meditation, cognitive behavior therapy, and somatic embodiment regulation. My sincere dedication to my clients motivates me to continually enhance my expertise in diverse therapeutic techniques, ensuring that I can better meet their unique needs.
